These Terms and Conditions apply to all trade at www.shobr.com (”Website”), and govern all relationships between you and us. The agreements are concluded in English.
When you purchase goods on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read the Terms and Conditions and understand all details as they contain the terms that apply to you as a consumer.

As soon as you receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail, a purchase agreement has been concluded. Until you receive your order confirmation, we may cancel your whole order or some of it, for example. as a result of sold out goods. If we need to cancel your order, we will of course inform you by e-mail or phone.
Check your order confirmation
Please check that all the information in your order confirmation is correct and that they match your order. If you notice any errors in your order, please call or write to customer service as soon as possible.
On the Website you can pay for your purchases with the following payment cards: Visa, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, Visa Electron and Eurocard.
An amount equal to the value of your order will be booked in connection with your order. The amount will be deducted from your account when your order is packed and ready for pickup on our warehouse. There can never be withdrawing a larger amount than you have approved at the time of purchase.
When you trade with one of the following cards, you will also be drawn:

All prices include German VAT and other German taxes. Prices are daily prices.
Every time you add an item to your shopping cart, the total amount will be updated.
For purchases of goods from Germany, consumers in Denmark must pay punctual charges. It is your own responsibility as a buyer to report this to SKAT.

If any import issues should arise or you will be charged additional taxes and charges of the imported, this does not concern Shobr, and that is, the responsibility for this is borne exclusively by you as a customer.
Shobr does not deliver your items, so you can choose to:
a) You will pick up the goods from us or if
b) You will get a carrier to pick up and deliver the goods to you.
We do not undertake transportation or payment for transportation, but we refer to our website for different freight companies that can carry the freight for you and easily ship your cart to pay freight if you wish. According to the law, it is necessary that you pay and order the shipment of your goods independently of Shobr.
We show different transport proposals under checkout and here you will choose your solution. Once you have purchased and paid your goods, if you have chosen to use a freight company, you will automatically be taken to their system and where you pay for the freight.
If you wish to pick up your goods, you can pick it up the day after your order.
However, keep in mind that fresh bread, dairy and meat/fish/poultry can be picked up on special days:
Delivery with carrier
If you have ordered delivery with a carrier, delivery can be done according to the above principles, just add 24 hours on top of that. So that:
Remember, it's not Shobr who deliver the goods for you. You should therefore be aware of the individual supplier's terms of delivery. If you would like further information about the transport or anything else related to the transportation, please contact the carrier with whom you have agreed.

The responsibility for the goods will pass to you as soon as they are collected from us. From that moment on, we are no longer responsible for the goods and any damage or destruction during transportation.
To protect your card information, you will be transferred to a separate payment page upon payment on the Home page. The payment solution is provided by our payment provider Altapay A / S, which is certified to handle your payment data, ensuring that all information is encrypted and sent via SSL to Altapay. This means that only Altapay can read your payment data.
Once your order is packed and ready for pickup, you will receive an electronic receipt. You can always see your receipt on "My Account" if you create a user account with us.
You may not order goods for resale and all purchases you make must be for personal consumption.
Free of charge beverages may only be used in a private context, and you also undertake not to consume these beverages in Germany.
”I declare that I have a permanent residence in a Scandinavian country and that within 24 hours I export the goods to a Scandinavian country. I undertake not to consume free of charge beverages in Germany. I also agree that the purchased goods may only be used in a private context.”
Our products are carefully selected and sorted in order to get you the best possible products.
Should you receive a product that does not conform to the standard, please contact our customer service via email or phone as soon as possible and within 3 days of receipt. You can choose whether you want the money back for the item in question, or whether the amount should be transferred to your Shobr account. Shobr is entitled to demand returning of the item.
Of course, the above also applies if you find that your order is otherwise inadequate.
With your purchase, the Purchase Act applies, and you have 2 years' right to claim goods that are not for household consumption. According to our choice, the right of claim includes the possibility of getting the goods repaired, exchanged, receiving a discount or returning the money in case of a legitimate claim. It is not a legitimate complaint if the defect in the product has arisen as a result of wear, age, misuse or other behavior that has caused damage to the product. You must advertise as soon as possible about defective goods and no later than 2 months after you have discovered a defect or a defect in the item..
As a consumer, you have 14 day’s notice of withdrawal from the day the goods have been collected from us.
You can only exercise your right of withdrawal if the goods are essentially unchanged. This does not apply if the goods have been damaged or changed due to an action that has been required to investigate the goods or because of a circumstance that is not attributable to you.
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for food and household goods. The same applies to several other items such as flowers, weekly magazines, newspapers, and certain types of sealed goods if the seal is broken. This means that you may lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal/packaging on, for example. creams and cosmetics.
If you wish to take advantage of the right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly and unambiguously before the expiration of the cancellation deadline by e-mail and the goods must be returned to:
As a customer you are responsible for the costs of return. We do not receive packages sent per. COD.
Follows of regret
If the cancellation right under this agreement is exercised, we will refund the payment for the item to which the cancellation right relates without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receipt of your notice to exercise the right of withdrawal for that order. Repayment will be made using the same method of payment that was used when ordering, unless you explicitly have accepted or requested anything else. You will not be charged a fee for the refund.
We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned or we have received proof that the goods have been returned to us.
You can return the goods to us by mail or shipping, you must pay for the shipping costs and you are responsible for the item during the shipment.
The goods must be returned to us at our warehouse (see address below under item 13) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have notified to exercise your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the cancellation deadline, but at the latest before the product's quality or durability has been changed.
We recommend that you save documentation for return of the goods.
As a starting point, you are liable for a possible deterioration in the value of the goods if the deterioration is caused by handling the goods, which was unnecessary to determine the quality, function, nature and characteristics of the goods. You must usually check the item in the same way as you can and must in a store, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that’s illegal or you can’t do in a store and we cannot sell it again or cannot sell it at full price again, you should calculate that we deduct the impairment in the amount, that you will get back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
Should there be a purchase of traders under these Terms of Business, our business site will be the legal venue for legal disputes, including our usual terms of trade, retail contracts, and provisions regarding payment and billing. However, we may choose to file cases at the customer's venue.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for lodging a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. It is forbidden to sell beer, wine, liquor and other beverages with more than 16.5% alcohol to people under 18 years of age. Upon acceptance of the terms of trade, it is confirmed that you are over 18 years of age if you buy alcohol.

Look at the list below which labels we use on Shobr, as well as what they mean:
EU Ecolabel: All organic foods that are prepacked in the EU must have the green ecolabel, even if they are produced in Denmark. In Denmark, it is the Danish authorities that control compliance with the rules.
Ø-label: Foods produced according to the Danish Organic Rules and controlled by the Danish authorities.
Gluten-free label: Gluten-free products intended for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
Fairtrade brand: Goods produced under sustainable trade can get the brand. It will ensure better conditions for farmers and workers. The international organization Fairtrade provides the label, which is controlled by FLO-CERT, which is an independent control company.
Keyhole: The Foodstuffs' Official Nutrition Mark, which means that the product meets specific requirements for fat, sugar, salt and dietary fiber. The healthier choice within a product group gets the keyhole mark.
SKAT logo: We use the SKAT logo to alert you that the product may be subject to excise duty. You must report this to SKAT yourself. See section 4. It is your own responsibility to investigate whether the goods you purchase are subject to excise duty and we assume no liability for any non-labeling in this regard.
